With a one-time grant of $2,000, NEXUS is seeking to support one church plant or new ministry in 2020 that has a clear and demonstrated commitment to supporting and nurturing second and third generation Korean-American persons in a life of faith in Jesus Christ.

The aims of this grant are to support a specifically new church or ministry that is in ministry with the constituency of NEXUS during this time of pandemic.

The pastor of the awarded church will be asked to be a speaker at one of NEXUS’ upcoming conversations and participants will be given an opportunity to further give to the church/ministry.

Applications must be completed online (via the button below) and submitted by June 30, 2020. Awardees will be notified July 31, 2020.

Additional considerations for the church plant or new ministry:

• Officially began in the past three years
• Must be within the United Methodist Church
• Proudly identifies in the Wesleyan heritage of social as well as personal holiness
