NEXUS Ministry will host its first live webinar on August 6, 2020, at 8:30PM Eastern / 5:30PM Pacific Time as the first part of the two-year long ministry theme of “grace as our guide.”
Entitled, “Is it easy or tough to talk about racism at church,” the webinar will be a time of conversation, discussion, and meditation on how our Kore-Am United Methodist Churches as well as churches of other ethnic contexts seem to behave in distinctive ways when it comes to difficult topics such as systemic racism.
Special guest, Jeehye Kim Pak, Director of Communications of the United Methodist General Commission on Religion and Race, will join our panel of NEXUS Board members.
